Important Note: If you're using the bank transfer method of payment, there's a field which says Message to appear on payee's statement. You should put your full name in this field.

Registration Deadlines

Deadlines:

Early registration closes 9 November, 5pm (extended deadline).
General registration closing date is 30 November.
The local organisers will be accepting accommodation bookings until 16 November.

Some Freebies

One student presenter per paper gets one night free accommodation.
There's a free social evening on Monday. (This is followed by a non-free dinner.)

Notes

We'd advise booking accommodation early, as it's filling up.
